CNC Lathes
Bee Line Manufacturing is equipped with tooling such as CNC Lathes for producing manufactured parts and assemblies.
The HAAS SL20 was added
to the Bee Line Company lathe department in 2008. Featuring a 2" diameter through spindle with a bar feeder, it is the perfect fit for those
small part large quantity jobs. It has a 10" smw 3-jaw chuck/sub-spindle. It can handle 3/8" - 2" bar stock.
The HAAS SL30 was added
to the Bee Line Company lathe department in 2007. It has a 10" smw 3-jaw chuck/subspindle. It can handle up to 3" bar stock/tail stock. Featuring a 3" diameter through spindle with a servo bar 300 bar feeder.
The Mazak
SQT200MS was new in 2004. Featuring a 8" smw 3-jaw chuck and a 6" Kitagawa 3-jaw chuck/sub spindle. It can handle 3/8" - 2" bar stock.
